WHEN WILL I GET MY PHONE?
Once you have submitted your request above, it will take 5 business days to verify your eligibility. After this period, you will receive a text message with either your approval and order tracking information or a denial (with reasoning).
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY PHONE WHEN I GET IT?
First, remove your Ultra Mobile SIM from your old device. You may need to remove your battery to do this or use a paperclip to eject the SIM from the device. Next, insert the SIM into your Nuu A4L phone. Last, turn on the phone and follow the setup instructions on the screen. If you have issues with setup or trouble sending pictures, go here.
