- Data add-ons do not roll over, and expire at the end of your current 30-day plan cycle.
- After you’ve purchased a bolt-on, you cannot buy another of the same amount until you’ve used up to 95% of the data from your existing bolt-on.
ROAMING PURCHASE DETAILS
- Roaming credits are applied in real time.
- You can purchase additional credit by texting UPROAM to 6700.
- You can check your roaming credit balance anytime by texting ROAM to 6700.
- Roaming credits roll over month to month, and do not expire as long as your account is active.
INTL CALLING PURCHASE DETAILS
- INTL calling credits are applied in real time.
- You can purchase additional credit by texting UPINTL to 6700.
- You can check your international credit balance anytime by texting BAL to 6700.
- INTL calling add-ons do not roll over, and expire at the end of your current 30-day plan cycle.
- For multi-month plans, add-ons must be added each month and are not recurring.
