How do I know if my phone and/or phone number are eligible to be used in this promotion?

Existing Ultra Mobile subscribers, or those who have been customers within the past 60 days, are not eligible for this promotion.

It is a requirement that your device not have been active on T-Mobile’s network in the past 60 days. If you are unsure if your device meets this requirement, please visit an Ultra Mobile Authorized Retailer, or contact Ultra Customer Support.

For those porting in, it is also required that you are not porting in from T-Mobile or another T-Mobile network carrier. Please ask your Retailer for assistance in determining if your carrier is eligible, or contact your carrier to ask which network your current service is running on.
