Can I switch to a plan with a smaller data allotment and still get the free 4G LTE data?

No, customers who switch to a plan with a smaller data allotment will not be able to get free 3GB data add-ons. However, you can switch to a plan with a larger data allotment. In addition, you can switch from any Single-Month plan to any Multi-Month plan, regardless of data allotment, and still be able to get the free 3GB add-on.

Do I need to wait until all my original monthly 4G LTE data is used before getting a data add-on?

No, you can get the data add-on at any time. However, you can only get one 3GB add-on at a time. Add-on data will be consumed first and then any remaining monthly data will be consumed next.

How do I know how much 4G LTE data I have remaining in my account?

The easiest way to see how much 4G LTE data you have remaining in your account each month is through the Ultra Mobile app. You can also view your monthly data usage in account management or by texting DATA to 6700.

How many 4G LTE data add-ons can I get?

You can get fifteen 3GB add-ons during your 30-day plan cycle. However, you can only get one 3GB add-on at one time and 95% of the add-on must be used before adding another one.

How will I get free 4G LTE data?

The easiest way to get data add-ons is through the Ultra Mobile app, which can be downloaded on the App Store or Google Play. You may also get data add-ons through online account management. In addition, you can message UPDATA to 6700 as long as you have funds in your wallet. To add funds to your wallet using a credit or debit card visit my.ultramobile.com/account/billing.

I am a new customer, does this apply to me?

Free 4G LTE add-ons are only available for existing customers who have started Ultra Mobile service prior to March 26, 2020.

Will my data add-on rollover to next month?

Add-ons do not roll over and expire at the end of your current 30-day plan cycle.
