1.    Eligibility: This competition is open to legal residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or over.  Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Ultra Mobile & UVNV Inc., in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2.    Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Ultra Mobile as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3.    Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook from June 3, 2019 to 10 a.m. PST July 5, 2019. Winners will be announced no July 15, 2019. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4.    How to Enter: To enter, entrants must follow the directions on the individual post on Ultra Mobile’s Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook to qualify. Must be following Ultra Mobile to win. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered
5.    Winner Selection: The winners will be selected from people that submit a comment in accordance with posts’ instructions & follow Ultra Mobile. The winner will be notified by an @mention on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook and/or Instagram or Facebook DM. The winners must provide name and shipping address to receive the prize. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.    Prizes: Prizes are subject to availability and may include Ultra Mobile branded merchandise. Prize includes: One year of service on the $19 plan for new Ultra Mobile customers or equivalent renewal credit (i.e. stored value) for existing Ultra Mobile customers.
7.    Terms & Conditions: Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
8.    Use of Data: The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
9.    This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.  You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Instagram, Twitter, nor Facebook and you agree that Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
