I was a long time T Mobile customer. 95% of my use is in urban areas or on wifi so the Tmobile network, which Ultramobile resells, works fine for me. I sometimes tether my laptop to my phone. (I prefer the reliability and speed of wired connections where reasonable.) Ultramobile gets the job done just as well. I do not need my hand held; I can read a manual and change settings on my phone myself so for me this is great.
I have used ultramobile since 2012, they offered an excellent service; I have never had coverage problems at all along east coast from Maine down to Florida. I really recommend their service.
I am using ultra mobile from last 3 years, been to many places in the US and never had a problem. Sometimes network coverage is less on the highways and happens where the population is very low. I use $19 and $29 plans intermittently based on my usage. I do make international calls daily and never faced any issue. With the data part, yes you will get some issues but its very rare in my case. I am not much dependent on data so don't know about higher data plan problems. But my $29 plan gives me 4GB which works quite fast. Connectivity is great and the price is lower than other good carriers.
Terrific value! Finally, no nonsense data plan with simple billing. I'm done with the big providers. Don't get pulled in by "free phone" deals....buy here and save thousands! Highly recommend.
I have had ultramobile before and went back to them after i had a $230 tmobile bill. The service is great and offers the same roaming package as tmobile with a cheaper rate and better cell phone plan. I was able to port my own number. I love ultramobile and i am here to stay.
