How to renew or add money to your wallet if visiting a Retailer:

Let the sales associate know that you need to Renew your Ultra Mobile Service.
Tell the sales associate the amount you would like to Renew
Sales associate will Renew either directly into your Account or provide a receipt for instructions on how to load your Ultra Account (If your receipt has a PIN Number, you can text Recharge + the PIN Number to 6700 or dial 611 from your Ultra device to have a support agent assist you with your Recharge)

Most grocery stores can help you purchase a prepaid debit card that can be used as a payment method in your online account or through the Ultra app
