How to renew your plan if visiting a Retailer location.

Let the sales associate know that you need to Renew your Ultra Mobile Service. (Note: they might be more familiar with term of "Top Up" or "FastPins")
Tell the sales associate the amount you would like to Renew
Sales associate will Renew either directly into your Account or provide a receipt for instructions on how to load your Ultra Account (If your receipt has a PIN Number, you can text Recharge + the PIN Number to 6700 or dial 611 from your Ultra device to have a support agent assist you with your Recharge)

Purchase cash card at a grocery store

Most grocery stores can help you purchase a cash card that can be used to Recharge your plan online, in the Ultra Mobile app or by texting Menu to 6700.
