Can I keep my existing plan / pricing once migrated over to Ultra Mobile? Yes, you will keep your existing plan and pricing as a grandfathered plan once migrated to Ultra Mobile on February 1, 2024.
Will there be any changes to the data speeds or network performance after the migration? Data speeds and network performance will remain the same as you have experienced with Ultra Mobile Silver.
Will my phone number be affected? Can I take my number to another service provider? You’ll keep the same number that you currently have and yes, you always have the option of transferring your number and related service over to another carrier.
Will I have access to the same customer support after migration? Ultra Mobile’s Customer Care Team will be ready to assist you after February 1, 2024 with any account related questions. Their number is 1-888-777-0446 and their hours are 6 am to 6 pm PST.
Can I upgrade or change my plan after the migration to Ultra Mobile? You will have the option of changing to any of Ultra Mobile’s plans anytime after February 1, 2024. Visit my.ultramobile.com/account/plan to see affordable and flexible plans that meet all your wireless needs. Please note that while you are free to switch to any Ultra plan after February 1, 2024, you will not be able to switch back to your current Ultra Silver plan once that plan change has been completed.
Will I need to get a new SIM card/eSIM for Ultra Mobile? No new SIM/eSIM will be needed as part of this migration. You can continue to use your phone as is.
Will there be any changes to the international calling rates? You will receive Ultra Mobile’s international calling rates effective February 1, 2024 which include Free International Calling & Text to 90+ Destinations! What if I don’t want to be migrated to Ultra Mobile? You have the option of transferring your number and related service over to another carrier prior to February 1, 2024.
