System Upgrade

Will my service be impacted during the system upgrade?

Your service should not be impacted while we are performing our system upgrade.

Will I be able to log into my account during this time?

Unfortunately, Account Management will not be available while we are upgrading our system. Please wait to log in until we have confirmed that our upgrade has completed.

How long will the upgrade take?

The upgrade should take no longer than 18 hours. We will text you before we begin and once the system upgrade is complete. If you have not received a second text message within 24 hours confirming the upgrade is complete, please restart your phone to reset your connection to the network.

How will I know when the system upgrades are complete?

We will text you once the system upgrade is complete. If you do not receive a second text message within 24 hours, please completely restart your phone to reset your connection to the network.

I was told that the system upgrade was complete, but I’m experiencing service issues. What should I do?

If you have already received a text message confirming the upgrade is complete, please restart your phone to reset your connection to the network.

My WiFi calling isn’t working after the system upgrades, what should I do?

Some users may need to re-enable their account’s WiFi calling and text. You can re-enable by doing one of the following:

  • Log into your online account
  • Visit the nearest Ultra Retailer
  • Call 1-888-777-0446 to speak with Customer Care
What should I do if I am still experiencing service issues after restarting my phone?

If you have restarted your phone, but are still experiencing service issues, please contact us at 1.888.777.0446 between 6am to 6pm PST or email us at support@ultramobile.com.
