How do I transfer my phone number to Ultra Mobile?

To transfer your phone number you will first need to go to to “Upgrade to a Full Plan” and click “Sign In.” After you choose your preferred plan you will be able to activate and transfer your phone number. You will need the following information to do this:

1. Your account number from your current carrier. This can be found on your billing statement or by contacting your provider
2. The corresponding PIN or passcode of the account
3. The ZIP code associated with the account There is no fee in trasferring your phone number. Please remember that your phone number transfer can take up to 48 hours to complete.
