I just ordered my SIM-when will it be delivered?

Order processing takes up to 2 business days prior to shipment. Any orders submitted after 1PM EST will begin processing the following weekday. We don’t fill orders on holidays or the weekend. Once the order has shipped, it will be delivered based on the customer’s selected delivery method. When your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number which you can monitor by clicking the link in the email.

The fastest way to get Ultra service is by ordering an eSIM. If your phone is eSIM-compatible, we’ll email your eSIM after you order.
