Who can sign up for Ultra’s Family Plan?

Any Ultra Customer, new or existing, can sign up for Family Plan and have a Primary or Secondary Account.

All lines must be on the Unlimited Single-Month Plan. You can start a Family Plan in person at an Ultra Mobile Retailer, on our website at ultramobile.com, or in our online account under the “Manage Family” tab.
