Yes, our customer care team will continue to be available through the same channels and subscribers will continue to have access to the efficient and real-time customer service they have come to expect.

Will I now be a T-Mobile subscriber? Which company will my bill come from?

For now, it’s business as usual at Ultra. You will experience no changes to your plan and don’t need to take any action to continue enjoying everything Ultra has to offer.

When will the transaction close? What happens between now and then?

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval, and is not expected to close until later this year. In the interim period, Ultra will continue to operate independently from T-Mobile.
