Once you have referred a friend to Ultra Mobile and your friend has activated their plan, you will receive an email when your renewal credit is in your account.

You can also track your referrals in your Refer a Friend dashboard. Sign in to your online account or into the Ultra Mobile app and click on “Refer-a-Friend” to find your live dashboard.

The renewal credit that is applied to your account can only be used towards plan renewals.

Our Refer-A-Friend program is the easiest way to get credit just for letting your friends and family know about Ultra.

For each friend or family member you refer and purchases a plan we will credit you $25 towards your next renewal, and $25 to your friend or family member for his/her next renewal.

All you have to do is log into Account Management or visit the Ultra App to get your unique sharing link to start sharing. When your friends or family members use your link to purchase and activate an Ultra Mobile plan on ultramobile.com, you will get the credit. You can earn up to $100 renewal credit each year!

You will receive your renewal credit after your friend purchases a plan using your unique sharing link and successfully activates their plan. The renewal credit will appear in your account 15 days after your friend’s activation, as long as he or she is an active Ultra Mobile customer.

As many as you want! There is no limit to how many friends or family members you can refer, however, the maximum amount you can earn is $100 per year. The more people you refer, the better the chance you have to earn renewal credit!

You can start referring as soon as you activate a plan on Ultra. You can refer any friends and family that need to save on wireless. Our only condition is that when they purchase, they use your unique sharing link.

In order to get your credit, your friends have to use your unique sharing link to purchase their plan. Unfortunately, if the link was not used we have no way of verifying the referral.

After a successful referral, we will send you an email, usually 15 days after your friend activated, confirming your renewal credit was added to your account. You can also track this in your Refer a Friend dashboard or in your transaction history.

Yes. You can share it via email, Facebook post, Facebook Messenger, or by text message. Please share your referral link anywhere you would like. We encourage it.
