Renewing your plan is easy

On Ultra, you can renew to a 1, 3, 6 or 12-Month Plan in just a couple of steps. And if you don’t want to worry about manually paying for your wireless plan every month, you can turn on Auto Renew.

Changing your plan is simple

If you consistently need more or less data, we make it Ultra-easy to change your data plan. Just log in to your online account or the Ultra Mobile App and select the plan that meets your data needs.

Choose a plan and SIM type

Our SIM Kit includes nano, micro, and standard sizes to fit any device you have. With eSIM* delivery, you'll get an email with a QR code to activate instantly.

*eSIM requires an eSIM-compatible phone

Activate your SIM Card or eSIM

Follow the directions included in your SIM kit to activate, then decide whether to keep your number or get a new one. With eSIM, activate your plan then install your eSIM via QR code in seconds.

Whichever you choose, it’s Ultra-easy to do both.

Transfer your current number

Transferring your number onto Ultra is easy. Just be sure to call your current wireless carrier and confirm the following information before you activate:

Account Number
Account PIN or Transfer PIN
Billing Zip

NOTE: Keep your current service active until you activate your Ultra SIM.

Get a new phone number

If you choose to get a new number during activation, simply enter your zip code, choose your language preference, choose “Activate A New Number,” and follow the prompt. It’s that easy.
