Yes, you can set up your PayGo account to automatically Recharge your PayGo Wallet each month via credit or debit card. You can activate Auto Renew by completing the steps below.
1. Log in to your account
2. Add a credit or debit card under Billing Info
3. Select “Auto Renew On”
4. Choose $5, $10 or $20 for your Auto Renew denomination ($3 will automatically be applied to your monthly plan renewal)
5. Click “Save Settings”

Recharge cards are available in $10, $15 and $50 amounts.

Data Passes only work on active accounts and do not work on suspended or cancelled accounts.

Yes, you can transfer your phone number when activating at paygo.ultra.me/activate. You will need your account number, passcode and billing address from your current carrier.

PayGo plans come with 100MB of 5G • 4G LTE data. If you need more data, you can purchase a 1-day or 7-day Data Pass. Please note that you cannot add a second Data Pass until you have exhausted all of your 5G • 4G LTE data.

PayGo plans do not support domestic roaming.

PayGo plans do not require a credit check or deposit to activate service.

Your PayGo minutes and text messages expire at the end of your monthly plan cycle. Monthly PayGo plans are based on a 30-day cycle, regardless of how many days are in each month. Therefore, a new cycle may not necessarily start or end on the same dates each month. Check your plan’s expiration date anytime by texting BAL to 6700 or logging into your account at my.ultra.me.

The maximum balance for your PayGo wallet is $150.

Your PayGo wallet balance is used for your monthly recurring charges. Your PayGo wallet balance will also be used for any additional usage at $0.03 per minute and $0.01 per text/MMS message. In addition you can use your PayGo wallet balance to purchase a 1 day or 7 day Data Pass or Voice & Text Pass.

If no payment is made 90 days after your last payment, your account and phone number will be cancelled.

Unfortunately, you cannot switch from a PayGo plan to any other Ultra Mobile plan.

If you are on an older Ultra PayGo plan, you will automatically be upgraded to get the latest rates and features at the time of your monthly renewal.
