Can I transfer my existing phone number to my Tourist plan?

All Tourist plans are given a new U.S. phone number at the time of activation. Unfortunately, your existing number cannot be transferred in.

How do I activate my Tourist plan?

To activate your Tourist plan, insert your SIM and complete one of the following options: Text GOGO and your zip code to 6700 or visit tourist.ultra.me/activate.

Can I recharge my Tourist plan?

Unfortunately, you cannot recharge your plan, the account will only stay active for 21 days after initial activation.

Can I make an international call using my Tourist plan?

Yes, your Tourist plan includes 100 minutes of international calling to 90+ international destinations. Visit our International Calling page to learn more.

How can I change my contact email and preference for my account?

You can log in to your account at my.ultra.me to change your email as well as contact preference for your account.

Is a credit check or deposit required for a Tourist plan?

Tourist plans do not require a credit check or deposit to activate service.

Can I purchase additional 4G LTE data or minutes for my Tourist plan?

Unfortunately, you cannot purchase additional 5G • 4G LTE data or additional minutes for Tourist plans.

When does my plan expire?

Your Tourist plan automatically expires after 21 days, with no recharges and no plan switching to other Ultra Mobile plans.
