Altice Mobile

Account Number:

  • The account number can be found in your “My Altice” online account account. You’ll see it located at the top of your screen once you login. For further assistance, you can visit their support page.

PIN Number:

  • After logging into your online “My Altice” account, go to “My Account” at the bottom of the screen, then go to the “My Altice” login and locate the pencil icon next to “Access PIN.” Enter your new PIN and save.

AT&T Wireless

Account Number:

  • Locate your account number in the top-right section of your bill or navigate to your myAT&T profile and look under “My linked accounts.”

PIN Number:

  • To acquire your PIN, either dial *PORT or use the myAT&T app or online portal. Note: FirstNet and Family plan members must use the app or online portal for the transfer. Also, don’t cancel your AT&T service before getting your PIN, or you’ll need to reactivate your number.

Additional Info: AT&T has recently upgraded their number transfer security. They will send you a text to confirm the transfer—simply reply to this text to release your number. Note that AT&T customer service can’t create a Number Transfer PIN for you.
