Can I switch from a PayGo plan to other Ultra Mobile plans?

Unfortunately, you cannot switch from a PayGo plan to any other Ultra Mobile plan.

Does my plan support International Roaming?

International Roaming is supported on your plan and is charged from money in your PayGo wallet. Rates for international roaming are located at ultramobile.com/paygo.

Where can I buy a PayGo plan?

PayGo plans can be purchased at T-Mobile Brand retail stores or T-Mobile Preferred retail stores.

Will I lose my number if I fail to make my monthly payment?

If no payment is made 90 days after your last payment, your account and phone number will be cancelled.

How can I change my contact email and preference for my account?

You can log in to your account at my.ultra.me to change your email or contact preferences for your account.

What services can be purchased using my PayGo wallet balance?

Your PayGo wallet balance is used for your monthly recurring charges. Your PayGo wallet balance will also be used for any additional usage at $0.10 per minute or text/MMS message. In addition you can use your PayGo wallet balance to purchase a Data Pass (1 day or 7 day) or Voice Pass.

Does checking my voicemail count against my minutes balance?

You get charged from your minutes balance when you check your voicemail by dialing 1 from your mobile phone.

How can I recharge my PayGo plan?

You can recharge your PayGo plan by:

  • Visiting an Ultra Mobile Authorized Retailer
  • Using PayGo Recharge Cards available at T-Mobile retail stores
  • Paying online via debit/credit card by logging into your account at my.ultramobile.com
Can I use a credit card for recharging my PayGo plan?

Yes, you can recharge your PayGo plan via debit or credit card online at my.ultra.me or by purchasing PayGo Recharge cards at your local T-Mobile store.

Can I use any Ultra Recharge cards for recharging my PayGo plan?

No, you can only use PayGo specific Recharge Cards to recharge your PayGo plan or you can recharge online via debit/credit card by logging into your account at my.ultra.me.

Can I make an international call using my PayGo plan?

Yes, you can make calls to 200+ international destinations using your PayGo plan.

How can I add more minutes and text/MMSmessages?

You can add more minutes and text/MMS messages by adding money to your PayGo wallet. After your 30 included monthly minutes and text/MMS messages are exhausted, minutes and text/MMS messages are billed at $0.10 each from your PayGo wallet. Alternatively, you can purchase a 7-day Voice Pass that provides unlimited talk and text for just $10.

How can I check voicemail on my account?

You can check voicemail by dialing 1 on my your phone or by dialing 123.

How do I check my PayGo wallet and account balances?

You can check your PayGo wallet and account balances by texting BAL to 6700 or by logging into your account at my.ultra.me.

What is the maximum balance which can exist in my PayGo wallet?

The maximum balance for your PayGo wallet is $150.

Does my Voice Pass work if I missed my payment?

Voice Passes only work on active accounts and do not work on suspended or cancelled accounts.

Is a credit check or deposit required for a PayGo plan?

PayGo plans do not require a credit check or deposit to activate service.

When do my minutes or text/MMS messages expire?

Your PayGo minutes and text/MMS messages expire at the end of your monthly plan cycle. Monthly PayGo plans are based on a 30-day cycle, regardless of how many days are in each month. Therefore, a new cycle may not necessarily start or end on the same dates each month. Check your plan’s expiration date anytime by texting BAL to 6700 or logging into your account at my.ultra.me.

Does my plan support Domestic Roaming?

PayGo plans do not support domestic roaming.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes, you can transfer your phone number when activating at paygo.ultra.me/activate. You will need your account number, passcode and billing address from your current carrier.

How much data is included?

PayGo plans do not include data but you can purchase a 1-day or 7-day Data Pass at anytime. Please note that you cannot add a second Data Pass until you have exhausted all of your 4G LTE data.

Does my Data Pass work if I missed my payment?

Data Passes only work on active accounts and do not work on suspended or cancelled accounts.

What denominations of Recharge cards are available for a PayGo plan?

Recharge cards are available in $10, $15 and $50 denominations.

Can I set up automatic monthly payments on my PayGo account?

Yes, you can set up your PayGo account to automatically recharge your PayGo Wallet each month via credit or debit card. You can activate Auto-Recharge by completing the steps below.
1. Log in to your account
2. Add a credit or debit card under Billing Info
3. Select “Auto Recharge On”
4. Choose $5, $10 or $20 for your Auto Recharge denomination ($3 will automatically be applied to your monthly plan recharge)
5. Click “Save Settings”
