Setup Instructions

(complete the steps below after you've inserted your SIM card and activated your plan)

All iOS users with iPhone 5s and above will get access to these features, but how you get them depends on your current operating system update.

  • Congrats: Your device comes with Ultra's settings pre-installed!
  • Please ensure that Cellular Data is enabled through your device's Settings menu.
  • You may receive a notification from Apple to update carrier settings
  • If you do not receive a notification, you can trigger it at any time by going to Settings > General > About Please tap "Update" when prompted.
  • Please ensure that both cellular Data and Enable LTE for both enabled via your device's Settings menu.
  • Select the Settings icon on your homescreen.
  • Select the Cellular menu option in the first section of the menu.
  • Ensure that the Cellular Data and Enable LTE are both enabled via your device's Settings menu.
  • Select the Cellular Data option and enter the following information into the fields:

    Cellular Data

    APN – wholesale
    Username – (leave blank)
    Password – (leave blank)

    LTE Setup (optional)

    APN – (leave blank)
    Username – (leave blank)
    Password – (leave blank)

    MMS

    APN – service
    Username – (leave blank)
    Password – (leave blank)
    MMSC – http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
    MMS Proxy – (leave blank)
    MMS Max Message Size – 1048576
    MMS UA Prof URL – http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf
  • Restart your iPhone.
