Sometimes we discontinue an Ultra Mobile phone plan, and if you’re reading this, you’re probably a subscriber who uses one of our old plans and may benefit from upgrading. Switching to a new plan is really easy, and can mean getting a lot more from your phone plan each month – and many times, it won’t cost anything extra!
You can upgrade your plan by going to your account page and selecting a new plan now, or you can stay on your old plan if you’d like. Please be aware that once a subscriber switches out of a discontinued Ultra Mobile plan, they will NOT be able to switch back.
We’ve got some great upgrade options for subscribers who are currently on our Classic $29or Classic $49 plans. If your main reason for staying on an old plan is frequent Ultra Zero calling, it’s best if you keep your plan. However, if your Ultra Zero calling doesn’t happen very often, we’ve got some great options to get more out of your Ultra Mobile plan.
Customers who are on our Classic $29 plan would benefit the most from moving to our Active $29 plan, our Active $45 plan or our Active $34 plan. Our Active $29 plan will bring you Unlimited Data, plus 1 GB of 3G with DataXtra for use when your 4G LTE data runs out – and it won’t cost you anything extra! For heavy data users, our Active $34 plan brings you unlimited data with even more speed: Instead of just 1 GB of 4G LTE data, you’ll get 2 GB PLUS 2 GB of 3G Data Xtra, for a total of 4 GB high-speed data! (For users who need even more data, why not look into our $45 plan? You’ll get unlimited data with a total of 7 GB of high-speed data!)
If you’re on Ultra Mobile’s Classic $49 plan, we suggest moving to either our NEW $45 or our Active $49 plan. In addition to the 1 GB of 4G LTE data you get on the $49 Classic, our NEW $45 plan brings you an extra 4 GB of 4G LTE data for a total of 7 GB of high-speed data per month, and it costs $4 less! Instead of just having 1 GB of 4G LTE, Classic $49 subscribers who upgrade to our Active $49 plan will get an additional GB of 4G LTE plus 2 GB of 3G with DataXtra, as well as another $7.50 per month of Call Anywhere Credit. That’s a total of 4GB of high speed data plus $20 of Call Anywhere Credit every month!
