Sometimes we discontinue an Ultra Mobile phone plan, and if you’re reading this, you’re probably a subscriber who uses one of our old plans and may benefit from upgrading. You can upgrade your plan by going to your account page and selecting a new plan now, or you can stay on your old plan if you’d like. Please be aware that once a subscriber switches out of a discontinued Ultra Mobile plan, they will NOT be able to switch back.
