How to Renew Your Ultra Mobile Plan

If you’re ready to renew your wireless plan, you’ve come to the right place! With several renewal methods to choose from, we’ve made planning ahead for your next plan Ultra-easy. Once you’re ready, you can renew your Ultra Mobile wireless plan online, in the Ultra Mobile App, at a local Retailer or over the phone. You can also set up automatic payments with Auto Renew – more on that later.
Let’s take a look at each renewal method, so you can choose what works best for you!
What are my renewal options?
Renewing Online
- Log in to your account online at https://my.ultramobile.com/account/
- Ultra-tip: If you don’t know your password, select “Send Password to My Device”
- Then, select “Make a Payment” to renew your wireless plan.
Renewing in the Ultra Mobile App
- Find & download the Ultra Mobile App on the App Store or Google Play
- Once you’re signed in, go to “Dashboards” found at the bottom left corner of your menu options
- Select the “Renew Now” button to renew your wireless plan
Renewing in Person
- Find an Authorized Ultra Mobile store near you, using our Store Locator
- Then, let the Retailer know that you’d like to renew your Ultra Mobile service
- Ultra-tip: Retailers might be more familiar with the terms “Top Up” or “Fast Pins”
- The Retailer may renew your plan directly onto your account or provide you a receipt with a PIN number
- Ultra-tip: Text “RECHARGE” + the PIN to 6700 to renew
Renewing Over the Phone
- To speak with a Customer Care Representative, dial 611 on your Ultra Phone or call 1-888-777-0446 on any other device
- To renew over SMS, text “MENU” to 6700
When is my payment due?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. You’ll get an email from us a few days before your plan expires. We’ll even send reminder texts on the day of expiration.
Last but not least, we’d like to share one more renewal method that keeps the savings going month after month – without lifting a finger.

What is Auto Renew?
When it’s time to recharge your wireless plan, you have the option to automatically renew to a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month plan for Ultra-convenience. Here’s how it works:
How Do I Set Up Auto Renew?
New Ultra Mobile Customers are given the option to enable Auto Renew at checkout and upon plan activation. Auto Renew charges the same card used to purchase the wireless plan.
For existing Customers, follow these steps to enable Auto Renew:
- Sign in to your account online
- Find My Monthly Service
- Select Auto Renew
- Add your debit or credit card information
How Do I Manage Auto Renew?
Before your plan automatically renews, we’ll send reminder emails and texts to keep you in the savings loop. This window is your opportunity to make any account changes, such as switching plans and updating payment information to your Ultra Mobile service.
Follow these steps to make your account changes:
- Sign in to your account online or in the Ultra Mobile App
- Select My Monthly Service
- Input your account changes
- Ultra-tip: Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date
How Do I Change My Plan?
We’re Ultra-flexible! If your current data allotment isn’t working out, you can change your plan upon renewal. Follow these steps to change your wireless plan:
- Sign in to your account online or in the Ultra Mobile App
- Select Manage Plan from the Main Menu
- Select what you need more (or less) of
- Ultra-tip: If you need more data you can switch immediately at the end of your current plan. If you require less, you can choose that option as a part of your next plan
- Pay the additional cost if you’re upgrading your months or adding more data
We’ll always keep an eye on your data, so you won’t have to worry. If your usage is especially higher or lower than usual, we’ll send you an email recommending other wireless plans we think fit your current needs.

Ultra Mobile Plan Renewal Recap
You can renew your wireless plan manually by going online, opening the Ultra Mobile App, visiting your local Retailer or giving us a call. You can also renew automatically by subscribing to Auto Renew.
