1. Prepare for the Switch

3. Bring Your Own Number (or Get a New One)

If you would like to bring your US Mobile  number over to Ultra, there are a few things you need to do before you activate your Ultra Mobile account.

Don’t cancel your US Mobile service yet

Gather essential account details

To bring your number to Ultra, you’ll need your Us Mobile Account Number, Account PIN or Number Transfer PIN and billing ZIP Code.

Getting your US Mobile account number

Your nine-digit account number should be in your US Mobile dashboard under Settings > Account, or it may be printed on your billing statement. You can also contact US Mobile customer support at (878) 205-0088 to ask them for your account number.

Get your US Mobile number transfer PIN

While on the phone with their customer support, you will also need to ask them for your account PIN or number transfer PIN.

If you want a new Ultra Mobile phone number, all you need to do is provide us with your home ZIP code during the activation process and we’ll give you one based on your location.
