Sometimes we discontinue an Ultra Mobile phone plan, and if you’re reading this, you’re probably a subscriber who uses one of our old plans and may benefit from upgrading. Switching to a new plan is really easy, and can mean getting a lot more from your phone plan each month – and many times, it won’t cost anything extra!
You can upgrade your plan by going to your account page and selecting a new plan now, or you can stay on your old plan if you’d like.
Please be aware that once a subscriber switches out of a discontinued Ultra Mobile plan, they will NOT be able to switch back.
We’ve got two great upgrade options for subscribers who are currently on our old Data Plus $39 plan. If your main reason for staying on the Data Plus $39 plan is frequent Ultra Zero calling, it’s best if you keep your plan.
However, if your Ultra Zero calling doesn’t happen very often, we’ve got the perfect solution for you: Upgrade to Ultra Mobile’s Active $34 plan and add an automatic $5-per-month Bolt On. Your new plan will cost exactly the same as your old plan, you’ll get more high-speed data, PLUS you’ll have $5 of Call Anywhere credit instead of just $2.50!
