2. Bring Your Own Phone
If you see that your phone is compatible and want to bring your own phone with you to Ultra, make sure it’s unlocked.
3. Bring Your Own Number or Get a New One
If you want to bring your own number over to Ultra, make sure you have active service with Boost Mobile until your Ultra activation is complete. Then, gather these essential details:
- Account Number: Call care at (833) 502-6678 to obtain this 9-digit number. Billing statements will also include your account number.
- Account PIN or Number Transfer PIN: Call care at (833) 502-6678 to obtain your PIN.
- Billing ZIP Code

Boost Mobile will require identity verification (like the name on the account, your address, your recent call history, etc.) to bring your number over.
If you want a new phone number, then all you need to do is provide us with your home ZIP code at activation so we can generate one for you based on your location.
